Surajkund Mela is an annual extravaganza where artisans get an opportunity to show their skills on the spot and people get to see the working style of the artisans.

With an aim to keep up Indian art and culture, Indian Handicrafts Emporium came into existence in 1960 in Delhi. At Indian Handicraft Emporium you will come across marble work, silver articles, bronze items, sandalwood items, semi-precious stone jewellery necklaces and wooden handicrafts.

To promote, support, protect, maintain and increase the export of handicrafts, Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) was established under Companies Act in the year 1986-87.
