Control Room/Complaint Cell/Lost Property Section/Pollution Control Cell.
A) DTC is having Central Control Room at Pragati Maidan which comprises
of Central Complaint Cell (Ph.24351587, 24351763). Besides, there is
complaint cell in Vasant Vihar Depot (Ph.26154222).
B) DTC is having a Pollution Control Cell for pollution-related complaints (Ph. Nos. 26811379 & 26811382).
C) DTC is having Central Lost Property Section at Scindia House
(Ph.No.23317445). Apart from that, there are lost property sections in
all the Regions, as per details given below :-
