Lakes in Delhi

There are several lakes in Delhi where you can get the charm of water sporting. Bhalswa Lake was developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to provide relaxation to the visitors as well as to the residents. It is situated in the northeast part of Delhi city and consists of a sports and leisure complex inside its premises. One can take a ride in pedal boats, kayaks, canoes, and speed boats here.. Hovercraft and water scooters can also be rented at this lake.

Other three lakes located nearby the city are: Badhkal Lake, Dam Dama Lake, and Sohna Lake. There is another lake, the Surajkund Lake, which is located just beyond the border of Delhi city.
